The project includes the removal and replacement of the entire existing roof system at the fully occupied and secure building C-3 at the Sheridan Correctional Center. The work also includes selective damaged brick and the replacement of the missing canopy cladding with metal panel system at the south entrance.
At the roof penthouse, all of the brick areas are to be repointed, the louver sealant is removed and replaced, the door thresholds are raised to permit proper flashing and new doors and frames are installed. The entire EIFS walls at the exterior of the penthouse are to be repaired and repainted, and a new scupper/gutter system is installed to correct an existing problematic internal roof drain configuration.
