Research, programming and design of a cultivation center for the nascent medical cannabis industry on the heels of the passage of the House Bill HB1 in Illinois. The designs for a secure, moderate-hazard, factory industrial zoned (F-1) activity for potential licensed growers includes prototypical scenarios for scalable construction as well as site specific design for quick build-out of a “start-up” grow facility.
