The project involves the demolition of an existing greenhouse at the Evanston Ecology Center and construction of a new one story addition to the existing classroom. The new addition will be masonry construction clad with Cedar siding and include an EPDM “cool” white roof. The project schedule from initial investigation through design and construction is 12 months, so Tripartite worked closely with CCDS to ensure that the design documents matched the city standards and the bid pricing. The project is currently beginning construction on time and on budget.
