Tripartite, Inc. acting as Architectural Consultant to IRCA for the replacement of roofs at ten buildings at the Brookfield Zoo, Cook County. Bid documents were prepared for all roofs, and construction was be phased.
Roofs with complex and varied configurations, shapes and sizes were replaced. Extensive rooftop mechanics, ductwork, room sized skylights, lightening protection systems, electrical connections, penetrations, ladders, hatches, roof planters were all accommodated under the project.
