Design and build of the local governmental office of Ameya Pawar, Chicago Alderman. The alderman wished to maintain the friendly “approachable” presence to serve the people of the ward. Both the budget and the schedule of the build-out were very tight to accommodate the newly elected city representative, and permit the office to be ready on day one of his administration.
